Claims Process

• Ensure that all claims are properly registered with the Compensation Fund or Mutual Associations
• Correct adjudication of claims, monitored and tracked
• Medical service providers accounts are submitted when all claim requirements are met
• Direct contact with employers to obtain outstanding documents
• Ensure that employers, employees and medical service providers are paid timeously.
• All payments are monitored, reconciled and interested parties advised
  

Training

• We train employers and medical service providers staff on claim requirements, compensation calculations and the correct use of medical tariffs according to the COID Act, anywhere in South Africa.
• We also train the members of labour organisations in a one day workshop on the application of the COIDA in practice.
• Competency certificates are issued following the successful completion of the workshop
• We can train any number of candidates from 1 to 150 per session at your premises or one arranged by us.
